Arbor Place, Inc. began operations as a halfway house in 1976. The organization was started by a small group of individuals that had an interest in alcohol and drug abuse services being available to all Dunn County residents. The agency’s title was the “Dunn County Association on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse.” This was changed to Arbor Place, Inc. in 1996.

Currently, Arbor Place, Inc. operates an outpatient alcohol and drug abuse treatment facility and a 16-bed residential program. In addition, staff provide a variety of programs for the surrounding communities including anger management, adolescent and prevention services, and services for the criminal justice population.
